The amount of work I developed at ABC Television with my team was roughly the same output of a medium sized advertising agency. Overall my mission was to make sure the brand was represented correctly, the stories of the shows were extended online, the webisodes/games/product/promos/branded entertainment were as creative and as well designed as possible, and my team was challenged and keeping up with the treadmill of work. One Emmy, two Emmy nominations, and a Webby says this was a good mission strategy.
